Procedural Camo Material | Blender 4.1

In this tutorial, I will show you how to make a procedural camo material using the shader nodes in Blender

Camo Material

I’ll be using a t-shirt model I downloaded from Sketchfab

Add a Mix Color node and connect it to the Principled Shader

Add an RGB node and change the color to a dark green [#326330]

Connect this node to the B input of the Mix Color node

Add a Color Ramp and connect it to the A input of the Mix Color node

Change the black color stop to a dark blue [#3C3849]

Add a second color stop and change the color to a tan [#C4BCA9] [0.664]

Add a third color stop and change the color to a brown [#7B6661] [0.436]

Change the positions of the color stops

Add a Noise Texture node and turn off Normalize

*NOTE: If you are using version 4.0 or earlier, you will use the Musgrave Texture

Connect the Noise Texture to the Color Ramp

Change the Scale to 20 and the Detail to 5

Increase the Lacunarity to 5 and the Distortion to 1

You can use different numbers depending on your needs
